1. General Refund Overview

All transactions processed through Payecho.in are final, and cancellation is generally not permitted once the recharge or bill payment request has been submitted to the respective operator/utility provider. However, if a transaction fails or gets stuck due to technical issues, refunds are initiated according to our automated reversal mechanism.

2. Failed Transactions & Auto-Reversals

If money has been deducted from your partner wallet or bank account and the service/recharge is not successful:

• The amount is usually auto-reversed by the banking or operator network within 3 to 5 working days.
• If the amount is not reflected back in your wallet/account within the stipulated time, you can raise a support ticket with the transaction reference ID.
• We do not charge any processing fee for failed transaction reversals.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds or cancellations will **not** be applicable in the following cases:

• If the recharge or bill payment was successfully processed to the wrong mobile number or incorrect consumer account details provided by the user/partner.
• If the operator has accepted the payment and applied it, but the end customer faces issues at the operator's end (such as a specific pack expiration or service outage by the utility provider).

4. Processing Timeline for Approved Refunds

In cases where a manual refund is approved by our operations team (verified via technical logs), the amount will be credited back to your Payecho primary wallet or source bank account within 5 to 7 business days depending on banking channels.
